Hi, I'm Fay Robson
I’ve created Heydays Therapy to offer a safe space, welcoming those who want to invest in their mental health and wellbeing. Having overcome some mental health challenges over the years; I can fully empathise with those struggling with various aspects of life. I understand that everyone’s experiences are unique, and each individual needs something tailored to them.
I’m passionate about giving each client the sense that they’ve invested quality time in themselves. Hypnotherapy can provide resolutions and positive change for those who have specific goals in mind. After an in-depth consultation session; I can develop a bespoke treatment plan so that you can begin moving forward into a more positive life and healthier wellbeing. I specialise in, but am not limited to helping with the following:
- Anxiety surrounding specific situations or events
- Low confidence and self-esteem issues
- Sleep and insomnia issues
- Relaxation and mindfulness
- Finding joy and calm in the everyday
Sometimes, you might just need a non-judgemental ear to listen and keep you company. I also provide services for those feeling the pressures of life, struggling to catch up and connect with loved ones, and anyone that feels like they need an hour to say whatever they want out loud. I can provide a tailored package that’s right for you; with a focus on accessibility. In-person, online, and even voice note services are all available.
